Good leather boots
I bought a pair of boots en cuir. They fit well and seemed like good quality for the price. Shipping took about a week to get to me. No issues with the order.
Solid quality, consistent service
I've been buying from Bexley for years now, mostly for their chaussures richelieu and chemises ajustées. This last order was for another pair of richelieu and some chaussettes fil d'écosse. The shoes are consistently well-made and comfortable after a short break-in period, just like my previous pairs. Delivery was pretty quick, about 6 days to New York, which is normal for them. I like their volume pricing too, it's why I keep coming back. Good value for what you get.
Decent suit, slow support
I ordered a costume 2 pièces and a cravate en soie. The suit arrived in good condition, the fabric felt nice and the fit was pretty close to what I expected from their size guide. The cravate was also fine. However, I had a question about tailoring and tried to contact customer service. It took them almost three days to respond to my email, which was a bit frustrating. The delivery itself was okay, maybe 8 days total. Overall, the products are good for the price, but the support could be faster.
